After the nurse goes to a more secluded place, disable her or kill her. Put her body in the barn, put it in a container, and put on a nurse's disguise. Take the opportunity to discard all weapons and other prohibited items from Agent 47's inventory.
Get to Janus' residence and talk to the bodyguard at the door. You have to let him search you. Ring the doorbell, and Janus or one of his men will open the door. Go upstairs, turn right, and then turn left to find yourself in Janus' bedroom.
Janus's personal bodyguard, Gunther Muller, will appear in the bedroom. He will invite you to talk in private. Before leaving the bedroom, it would be nice to save the game.
Gunther is very suspicious and will want to find out the identity of the new nurse. You have 5 minutes to complete the storyline mission, and it is recommended to hurry up, because besides killing Janus, you also have to complete several other things, which are described below, within the allotted time.
There are two main ways to get out of the office. If you have a lock pick, open the door, but beware of the guard in the hallway by the stairs. If you don't have one, find a rope in the office. By pulling on it, you will demolish the ladder. After using the ladder, Agent 47 will end up in the attic. Go out the window to climb to the roof. Jump down to a lower level and reach the newly opened shutter. After passing through it, you will return to the first floor of the building. Go through the northern rooms of the building to return to Janus.
No matter which option you choose, talk to Janus to start following Agent 47. You should go with him to the bathroom, which also serves as a rehabilitation room (go through the same room again without supervision - the goal is the northwest room on the first floor). Wait until Janus lies down on the bed. Run the test and press the button to suffocate it with a pillow.
Finally, you need to get out of the building. It is best to go through the window and jump to the ground.
If you do not perform any additional actions, Gunther will raise the alarm in 5 minutes. Agent 47 will be discovered and the enemies will hunt him.The alternative is to eliminate Gunther.
